How long does it take to ship?+
Most orders are printed and shipped within 1–3 business days. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as it leaves.
Do you ship internationally?+
Yes — we ship worldwide. International transit times vary by country, usually 7–21 business days.
What materials do you print with?+
We mostly print in PLA+, a plant-based, recyclable filament. It's durable, low-odor, and great for everyday items.
Can I request a custom color, size, or design?+
Absolutely. Send us a message on the Contact page with what you'd like. Custom requests usually add 2–4 days to print time.
What if my item arrives damaged?+
We'll reprint and reship it, free. Just email us a photo within 14 days of delivery.
Do you accept returns?+
Stock items can be returned within 14 days in unused condition. Custom and personalized prints are final sale.
Are these toys safe for kids?+
Items are designed for ages 6+. PLA+ is non-toxic, but small parts can be a choking hazard for younger children.
Do you do bulk or party-favor orders?+
Yes! For 10+ of the same item, message us for a custom quote and timeline.
